Inception – The Birth of NAPSUMS Technologies (February 2017)

In February 2017, NAPSUMS Technologies was born out of a vision to empower businesses with scalable, tech-driven solutions. Strengthening Marketing Capabilities – One4Technologies Acquisition (2020)

In 2020, realizing the rising importance of digital marketing in business growth, NAPSUMS made a strategic decision to acquire One4Technologies, a small but fast-growing company specializing in social media advertising, content creation, and performance marketing.

One4Technologies had been working with e-commerce clients and local D2C brands, helping them grow through Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. With this acquisition, NAPSUMS brought marketing under its umbrella, which allowed it to offer a complete package: build tech, promote products, and analyze results — all in-house.

This move significantly boosted NAPSUMS’s client base and helped the company better understand the dynamics of online product selling, especially for marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.

Expanding Operational Capabilities – Pack and Drop Technologies Pvt Ltd (March 2022)

With tech and marketing covered, NAPSUMS now turned its attention to last-mile delivery and operations.

In March 2022, NAPSUMS acquired Pack and Drop Technologies Pvt Ltd, a Gujarat-based startup specializing in hyperlocal logistics and small parcel deliveries within cities. Known for its lightweight software used by courier agents, Pack and Drop was rapidly gaining traction in same-day delivery services across Surat and Ahmedabad.

This acquisition came at the perfect time. While PDL Solution provided the technological foundation, Pack and Drop added operational efficiency and strong regional logistics capabilities.

The integration allowed NAPSUMS to:

• Build local delivery networks
• Launch reverse pickup systems
• Offer better delivery SLAs to e-commerce sellers

With these three core strengths — One4Technologies (Marketing), PDL Solution (Logistics Tech), and Pack and Drop (Operations) — NAPSUMS began working toward a bold new vision: to become India’s fastest-growing logistics aggregation platform.

Entry into Logistics – Acquiring PDL Solution, Mumbai (2021)

As e-commerce grew, the biggest problem businesses faced wasn’t marketing — it was logistics. Tracking orders, comparing courier rates, handling RTOs (Return to Origin), and managing last-mile deliveries had become a nightmare for sellers.

In 2021, NAPSUMS took a bold step into the logistics tech space by acquiring PDL Solution, a Mumbai-based logistics technology startup. PDL had developed APIs and software tools that allowed online sellers to:

• Book shipments
• Compare prices from multiple carriers
• Generate labels and tracking links — all from a single platform

This acquisition was a game-changer. NAPSUMS quickly integrated PDL’s tools into its offerings and launched early versions of logistics dashboards for small and medium sellers.

From Company to LLP – A Structural Shift (January 2024)

By early 2024, NAPSUMS had evolved into a full-service logistics tech powerhouse. With its growing customer base and financial scale, the company needed a new legal framework to support fundraising, strategic partnerships, and franchise development.

In January 2024, NAPSUMS Technologies officially restructured as NAPSUMS TECHNOLOGIES LLP.

This shift to a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) brought several advantages:

• Greater financial transparency
• Simplified compliance processes
• Improved ability to onboard investment partners
• Scalable operations across multiple states

It also aligned perfectly with NAPSUMS’s broader expansion plans — including warehousing, nationwide delivery capabilities, and franchise network rollouts.

The Game Changer – Acquisition of ExpressFly Logistics (October 2024)

In October 2024, NAPSUMS made its most strategic and high-impact move yet — the acquisition of ExpressFly Logistics, a Surat-based logistics operations company.

Interestingly, ExpressFly had already been using NAPSUMS’s logistics technology stack since early 2023. NAPSUMS had developed custom booking dashboards, real-time rate calculators, carrier integrations, and tracking tools for ExpressFly. The relationship had grown strong, and both companies benefited from the collaboration.

By late 2024, it made strategic and operational sense to consolidate — and NAPSUMS acquired ExpressFly entirely.

This acquisition gave NAPSUMS:

• Full control over a growing regional logistics operation
• Local staff, last-mile delivery teams, and warehousing experience
• A recognizable brand name in Gujarat and Maharashtra
