Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. You may request cancellation of your account at any time by contacting us at support@expressfly.in.
  2. Please note that once your account is cancelled, all associated data and content will be permanently deleted from our system. This action is irreversible. We strongly advise ensuring that you intend to proceed with account cancellation before submitting your request.
  3. If you choose to cancel the Service in the middle of a billing cycle, you will receive a final invoice via email. Once this invoice is settled, no further charges will be applied to your account.
  4. Please be advised that no refunds will be issued, including for cancellations made mid-month. All payments are non-refundable.
  5. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the logistics service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason deemed necessary.
  6. Fraudulent Activity

    In cases where fraudulent activity is suspected — whether through investigation, settlement, insurance claim, or otherwise — ExpressFly reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the associated account without prior notice and without liability.
